Documents has not been received

I have applied fot MT in jindal steel and power ltd.i send the documents on 7th sept, as for the speed post it should be reach in delhi on 10th sept.i hav already have send the application form ith a valid DD to the sauid adress.but i was checking out in the applicant status, but its showing tat the form has not been received yet.i was checking through the indian post, its showing that the form has received thre.please help me.
