NON-Delivery of GAS refill cylinder for 12 days

Dear Sir,

I was booked gas cylinder refill on 23-09, booking No.: 9156, still today (i.e.) 05-10 gas cylinder refill was not deliver. I was visited M/s. JKR Gas Company, there is no proper respense from the jkr gas company.
