E-Ticket not generated but payment Debited to my Credit Card

I tried booking a ticket from Mumbai to Davanagere & Return & Mumbai to Bengaluru & Return on 10.12.2008.First time after giving the credit card details and everything the payment gateway said successfull but ksrtc said failed to book the tickets. I tried it 3-4 times but all the time it accepted payment & at the end it failed to generate the tickets. But payment debited to my Credited to my Credit Card. On 12.12.2008 after i confirmed the payment from my credit card once again i logged in & find two times ticket was booked. I cancelled both the tickets (PNR No. - J11470753 & J11470864) But there are three payments. I could not locate the third transaction.

For the first ticket :- OB676455.

Second ticket :- OB676550.

Third ticket :- OB676636.

Second ticket :- OB676658.

Kindly refund the total amount to my Credit Card.
