Efund not received after 4 months

I hv filed a tdr on 29 June but i m still waiting for refund, i m really frustrated with working culture of railways. my train was cancelled and i returned with my family frm station and then i faced a lot of problem and the attitude of railways is too much frustrating. i check daily about status of tdr and there is folloing messages

my ticket was in S4 coach but

S4 coach was not in the train

so i was unable to travel with

my family so kindly make refu
