PF cheque returned as drawers sign missed-no action taken from EPFO

I am christopher S Jeyaraj. Currently working in Singapore. My PF account no: MH/92681/7089. I have submitted for PF withdrawl and asked to deposit to my HDFC savings account directly.

I received a cheque no 054469 on 22nd dec 08 without drawers signature, and its bounces. I sent mail daily from 22nd dec no response, called up several times no one picks.

I request you to check it out and take action on it.
