Dear Sir,
I am your regular cutomer and since the activation of my of cell # 099270 63263 wef. March I am getting flood of unwanted sms and they are disturbing me. The sms i.e, ring tones, songs, tunes, advertisement of education institutions, marketting etc. I had already forwarded a written complaint to your authorised franchies Mr. Krishana Communication at Gajaraula but they did not take action so far and I am getting same flooding of sms in day and night.so I am getting disturbed in night I can not sleep properly.
Hence you are requested that please take the suitable action at the earliest.
