I have bought a new car from GM motors USA make on 30.05.2008

Back quite some days back I bought a new Cheverolet from a Verdhajoyti, Merrut, India dealer. It had an unusual 2 yrs warrantee. After 1& half month I was driving on the freeway and suddenly Car was not moving in front or back & a noise cames from under the hood. I didn’t know what it was, but it sounded that there is any major fault & making excessive noise. I was near three Star hotel at Gajraula (Meritone) I pulled off and drove there. I didn’t notice anything wrong driving there, but wanted to be sure everything was OK.
However the car could not start after our full efforts & some Jubilant Sr. Operators and they could not get it started. I was really upset and called a tow truck and had them tow it to Authorized Dealer M/s Verdhajoyti, Merrut dealar a few miles away from Gajraula (70 km).
After a 7 days I made a complain to Global Marketing Head USA same is attched in mail
in details.
General Motors lost a good customer. I am going to purchase New CAR from
Maruti Show rooms .. If GM had at least honored their warrantee or given me some satisfaction, but the idea of cheating me and the manufacture not giving me any satisfaction. I am going to take new one.
I wonder if thats how GM or their dealers operate now. If so, no wonder GM is going down the tubes. I lost my confidence with in one and half month.
