Hello

I have made payment by netbanking from vodafone site. I have made 382 Total bill which is due. From my bank account, they have debit 382 Rs. and given to techprocess solutions ltd. I have all details. But from techprocess solutions not debit in my vodafone account.

Please do the needful for mentioned details.
