iam using just dial service from 2001 onwards..
that time it was a small office..
i got unlimited good leads upto
than after they changed more plans..
now a days they will providing only limited leads.
i agreed, and i paid the amount..
that agreement is leads will provide all category.
some time low leads, some times high leads..
1] if i got lead we will call to customer for business..
but they telling we not given any call.
2] and some taking numbers and they giving calls for credit card, loans, or any other product.
3] they telling we not able to provide 100% correct leads, may be in that such type leads also.
4] they giving all low leads, if we asks they will tell "you are not a platinum plan customer.."
5] they telling iam a lead base customer, they will provide 1st to platinum customers.. than after they will give lead basis customers..
and they providing leads after 6pm to 11pm also.. [ 24x7]
6] now a days.. iam getting only marketing executives, tele calling or office boy type leads only.
it means, just dial not getting any software, technical placement leads..
they getting only this type low enquiries..
than why they are maintaing mnc level environment..
i got a tele call from this office,
if i paid 5laks, they will provide good business to me..
really its shame full... to justdial
they getting only low type leads, and they asking 5 laks, why they asking 5 laks?
again one more cheat to customer?
they telling only lead base customer..
than why they maintaining lead base plans,
why they collecting the amount..
only marketing and tela callers enquiries no need this type just dial..
we given for correct service not a cheat service..
so i need solution from alll just dial customers..
what can i do
can i give the court notice?
