Just dial doing fraud with coustmers

I would like to report a recent incident where I could see a deduction of 2333.00 INR in term of ECS from my company registered as "La Rose" with Just Dial in Delhi.

I renew again my membership of LA ROSE in total amount 7721/-Rs. without sign any ECS documents to Mr. Sahil Chopra & Ms. Swati Singh. I request many time, but no response from them. They said by mistaken they sign ECS Documents from us, now we can't do any thing. I want to go consumer court, I want this refund.
