Dear Sir,

What is ur status ur customer care division inform to me that my handset is ready for delivery but service centre inform to set is send for replacement.

If u mail receiver is human being pls take the case as seriously otherwise don’t misguide.

I like to notice u that u want to confused like this:

Today on dt. 23/5/09 u reply me that my hand set is delivered on dt.12th May’09. On ur mail dt. 22/05/09 u reply me that my hand set is delivered on dt. 19th May’09

But I like to learn u that I collect my handset with ur service centre on both12th May’09 and 19th May’09 in same problem ofmy hand set K530i.

Pls note that I once again submit my handset of K530ifor replacement on dt. 20th May’09 as same complain IDis SEO0936311744.

I think urstaffs and engineers wants to return once again my handset in same problem.

THIS IS THE NATURE OF SONY ERRICTION SERVICE CENTRE AND COMPLAINHEARING STAFFS AND ENGINEERS.

Why r u all like to play the goodwill of Sony erriction, no problem itis nature where no body is responsible person are doing job. Only interest totake salary at the end of month any how.

Pls take bold action for resolve the matter if u can not do any thingthen why not u forward me any responsible staff mail id or contact name andnumber.
