Not proper booking and delivery

My card no 2473 in Kailey Gas Sevice, Sarpanch colony, 33 Feet Road Giaspura, Ludhiana. My gas agency ph. number 0161-2516911, 6578022 no body pick phone (ph. ringing and ringing). I have big problem for booking and delivery. I booked cylinder on 5/7/10 till 23/7/10 waiting no delivery. Please deliver my cylinder urgently.

PLEASE SOLVE PHONE PROBLEM OF KAILEY GAS SERVICE.
