I recently shifted from calcutta.so we were looking for a logistics company.
KAISER PACKERS PVT LTD was the company we hired to shift our furniture to our new home. They were very promising and seemed profesional in the beginning and we made the booking for our transportation. We paid for insurance. They gave us the bill without insurance documents and now the real problem starts.
The luggage was promised to arrive in 7 days but they took 16 days to transort.on top o that, all our luggage was destroyed.
the fridge, air conditioner, television were damaged and my computer was lost in the transport and many cartons were teared open during transport.
It has been almost 1.5 months and we still have not recieved insurance claim.
The concerened person does not answer calls and is very rude and last time when i called, he said "jo karna he kar lijiye.apko insurance nahi milega".
Now this is serious cheating and insurance fraud.
They are collecting money from customers in the name of INSURANCE PREMIUM and misappropriating the same and the customer is at the inconvinience.
Another problem is that when they delievered the leftover packages,
their labour were so inexperienced that we had to hire seperate labour to shift the luggage from truck to our apartment and their labourers were having tea and talking downstairs. This is the most disgusting thing about this fraud company.
I tried emailing the managing director but there is no reply from them whatsoever.
again an Indian consumer is cheated by a bunch of unethical businessmen.
Please dont ever hire Kaiser packers pvt ltd.
they are not at all ethical.
