Missing of bundles

Dear Sir,

We booked 50 book bunles from Secunderabd to New delhi on dt;03.05.09, Vied RR # 222308 and it was loaded in AP Express (2723) on the 3rd itself and its SLR # 05715.But the New Delhi railway parcel othorities says that those bundles ware not reached to New delhi. From the last 7days they are keepon saying the same unresponcible answar, they are not willing to enquier the case, this was the cituation.

I request you humbly to please arrange to deliver my Book bundles at the earliest.
