Non delivery of gas cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 22 September but till today 14 October not deliver whenever i make phonecall to their representative he says it must be delivered. Iam very sorry to say we are facing much problem due this type of service & is regular happening with H.P.My gasagency distributor, s name isJatinder Kumar.
