Non delivery of gas cylender after booking

I have booked gas cylender for home delivery on 22 october but till today 7 november it is not delivered. Whenever i make phonecall to their representative he always says it must be delivered tommorow. I am sorry to say we are facing much problem with this type of service it is regular happening with H.P. gas service. My customer no.is 500315.
