Gas booking pending - Last 7 days - Phone is continuously busy

Dear Madam/Sir

My name is Naveen KS and I'm one of the consumers of Indane Gas. Kalpana Indane Gas Agency caters to our area (Vijaynagar, Bangalore). Our Consumer No.is 34477. I have been trying to make booking for the last 7 days, but not successful as all the time the telephone no. given is busy and not getting the line.

I visited to their facility to complain and when I observed that they kept their phone aside keeping ENGAGE... lady at counter smiled and told she is very busy since morining. When I explained I came to complain about same she rashly responded saying she has enough other works to do and they take these call only after 2 PM and asked me to speak to owner. When I asked where he is other employee joined her and told he is not their.

There customer support is very bad.
