Opened a new account with Zirakpur branch, Due to your official mistake my account was opened on 24-08 with a wrong code.. i.e it was supposed to have an quaterely balance of Rs.25, 000/-

but you people opened it with AQB of rs. 40, 000/-!!!

When you were intimated about the same it was rectified and another account was opened on 03-09-09 and according to the information sent through you, by email it was ref no 0509/11623 dt 5-9-9 . It was intimated that the kit has been dispatched on 5th and you people should be informed if i do not get my kit through speed post -- bearing article no EN461409302IN dated 08-09-09 ..

Again the said parcel / speed post has not been received at our end.

I am very disappointed with your services .. Therefore close my account and return my money with interest.

Simply because you people are useless.
