Our telephone no 0484-2543328 making un-neccessary noice causing no use of the phone, this no having an internet broadband connection also, the complaint we had registered from 31-05 onwards but no positive approch from your Kalamassery exchange, they steping out from maintanance dept to cable dept and vice versa. Can we expecting a positve approch from your side?
