Poor delivery

I have made complaint about poor gas supply on 03.02. till date i don't receive any feed back from the corporation,

once again i complaint today and hope necessary feed back

Cylinder not recieved 40 days for every month and they are not help me to change my connection from bharath to Indane because Indane gas agency available near by my home (Subam gas agency) at Manali new town

Please send me mail what is the head office address in chennai and telephone numbers

i hope the corporation help me for the solve the problem
