We are very unhappy to note that no action is being taken in crediting the PF amount to my above said accounts inspite of my repeated requests through letters sent through Registerd Post and many calls made to your good office.
We have received your reference letter stated above on 12/03 stating the reason of getting attestation on claim letter by authorised signatory of the company, which keeps changing their names in regular intervals which your good office accepted the same and provided me the 2nd PF number which was mentioned above.
Before you accepting and providing us the 2nd PF number, you should have either cleared the previous account number credits to me directly or transffering the amounts available to the 2nd PF account number.
Its absolutely not fair on your part to request us to take the signature of the authorised signatory inorder to maintain an office copy at your end.
Finally I would like to conclude here that I worked in the same company, the name of the company has been changed from Kandid Marketing Services Pvt Ltd (KN/13548/175) to Kanpha Labs (KN/10469/412) with the same authorised signatory of the my two PF accout numbers.
Its your duty now to transfer my amounts to the above accounts and send me your confirmation ASAP.
I have sent all the required information in this subject.
Failing the above request to execute ASAP, I forced to take action against you with the appropriate authorities.
