Financial Fraud: We got the number of a guy named Kapil (9702593349) from an Loan agent. He said he work for a Company named B.L.Finance (Balaji Finance) based at C wing, 16th Flr, Maker tower in Cuffe Parade. Kapil promised to process the personal loan of 2.5 lacs with support of PAN card and Ration card. He took the documents and said he will make an agreement and so he took Rs. 7500 from us. He asked us to deposit the amount in his CA's HDFC account number : 00391050170850, which was in the name of Kumar Gaurav. On enquiry, we found out that Kumar gaurav was an employee of Team Lease based at Pune. His postal address was: Flat no. 5, Sai Prasad, Nr. Narsi Home, Bavsari colony, Poud Rd, Kothrud, Pune.
After we deposited the funds in his HDFC bank A/c, he flew away. He stoped taking our calls and his mobile was Switched off most of the time. After rigorous follow up, he picked the phone and said he wont return the money and started abusing. We have lodged a police complaint in his name but wan't able to trace him. Still waiting to recover my 7500 Rs from a fraudster.
