Karbonn k451 mobile phone model claims about a torch feature on its cover and model intro page in the home site. But no such feature is mentioned about, either in the user manual or the specifications page of the phone in the karbonnmobiles site. I've tried all the possible ways in the last 1 month and still cannot find anything. This is a serious misleading technique by the company and is intolerable. Even the salesmen in UNIVERCELL who sold me this do not know how to use the feature. There is a torch like thing on top of the phone. But no use. no one knows how to activate it.
Simiarly, the salesmen @ UNIVERCELL and the model intro page in the karbonn site says its expandable upto 8GB. But the detailed product specifications in the karbonn site itself and other sites say its only a 4 GB expandable memory. Another misleading.
I request the respective authorities to look into this seriously.
And warn the company to do whatever is necessary to retain their reputation. If you are going to do the same, you are going to be boiled. Out of market. And I insist on remedies for this too.. Clear remedies.
