K 451 model speaker not working within 15 days from the date of purchase

Respected sir,

I have purchased a mobile K 451 model from UniverCell show room at K.K. Nagar Branch, Chennai on 20.07.2009 for a sum of Rs.4, 140/- along with 2 GB memory card vide bill No.1201534. The mobile dealer did not give their branch address in the bill. However, they have mentioned their address as " Regional office: No.29, Royapettah High Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014."

When I bought the mobile, I was under the fond hope that the hand set will be long lasting one and I can use at least for a period of one year. Unfortunately that impression was proved futile in a shortest time. Now the speaker of the hand set is not working within 15 days from the date of purchase despite the fact that the mobile was handled by single person with due care and diligence.

When I went to the showroom in which I have purchased the mobile, they evaded responsibility.

Hence I want immediate replacement without any hurdles.
