Recently my K560 Karbonn Mobile was stolen. I tried to contact Customer Care on 080 4137 8858 several times but nobody answered to my call. I wanted to know about the procedure of blocking the Mobile so that the thief will not be able to use the phone. Can anybody suggest what to do?
