I have purchased KC470 on 21 Feb. I was very happy for about a month, Right after a month its started throwing "Unable to charge" while trying to recharge. I went to the Service center (PrimeTech), they said its a known problem among the particular model (KC470) and took my mobile number as the software required is yet receive from the company. Till now no one called me, I have visited the service center many times but of no use and getting the same response.
I tried to contact the support numbers provided in the Karbonn website, but the phone was unanswered, After trying almost 100 times in a day, some one answered, took my details and said that the tech guy will contact me later. But no one contacted me till now.
I just want to inform you that, after facing a lot of troubles with Chinese models, people are just now started trusting your brand (being a Indian brand). Please dont lose the trust and your market just because of these silly services mistakes and negligence.
I would have no choice other than approaching consumer forum, if the problem continues
