Passport not received even after four months

Respected sir,

I had applied for my new passport on 19-02-08 vide file reference number: z093474-08 and till now i have not receive my passport.

I visited to the P.R.O. twice in Regional passport office on 05-05-08 and 27-05-08. And he promised me that my passport will be dispatched on 09-05-08 and 30-05-08 respectivly, but no action has been taken after that i met Mr. Chaudhary (R.P.O.) on 06-06-08 again he promised me that the passport will dispached on 09-06-08. Till now i have not receive my passport. The status shown in the computer was same from last 25 days.

Sir we have some travel plans to go to abroad after marrige, already two months has been passed but we are unable to go only because of the non availibily of the passport.

Pls. try to help us in this matter or guide us what to do further...???
