Transfer of PF funds

Dear Sir,

My PF application in regard with PF number- KN/BN/24960/20298 was submitted in the PF office from my previous employer in NOV. Its still not transferred whereas the status in PF office is "Returned".

Please help me with this. Also Please let me know balance of it.
