Since last one year I am facing problem in delivery of gas cylinders by Karuna Gas Agency, Surendra Nagar, Nagpur. The supplies are never made in time and I literally have to beg these people a number of times before getting the refills. At times, these people inform that the cylinder has already been delivered, even after not delivering the same. It seems that the cylinders are being issued by the agency to people who are paying premiums.
Kindly help us to overcome from the nuisance of Karuna Gas Agency.
