The gas was booked telephonically on 8th Sep at Karuna Gas Agency, Surendranagar, Nagpur. However, the agent did not care to upload computer booking on the same date. As the cylinder was not received by 23 rd September, I personally enquired about the matter, and found that the booking was not electronically registered. Upon reminding the telephonic booking, the agent accepted their fault but registered the booking for 23rd Sept. Thereafter repeated reminders failed to get their response. On 1st Oct a cynlinder was however dlivered which was found to be leaking. Inspite of complaining, the derlivary person refused to take it back and the matter is still unresolved.
I would request the higher authorities to take the matter seriously and pay attension to such problems deliberately caused by the Karuna Gas Agency. It must also me noted that the personnels at the agency are rude to customers and do not behave in a proper manner.
