Refund Order for Reliance Power Ltd is not received properly

Hi,

I have applied for Reliance Power Ltd IPO, Karvy Send me refund order of Rs- 18995.00

But that refund order is not proper i.e. check it is cut from right side so it is not acceptable at bank.

I send that original refund order back to Karvey Office on 19-Feb. After that i keep mailing them, trying to contact them but there phone lines are always busy. I have even FAX them refund order detail but even still have not received my money.

My trust on KARVY is now broken and i want my mones as soon as possible it is already 1 and half month late. Please help me.
