Non transfar of share

My client id- 1111030 to karvy stock broking ltd {dhanbad}, and i transferd ongc 15 shares, ifci 100 shares & harig crank shaft 1000 shares to target clint id-11228514 of india infoline securities ltd {bhopal branch} on dated 22-02. But yet share was not transfered.

so kindly solve my problem as soon as possible...
