We are having demat acoount (Client Id 20059466) in karvy stock broking Ltd. My account was suspended due to non availability of PAN card. Recenetly we had produced the xerox copy of PAN card alongwith address prove to the Karvy office in Kanpur. The original copy of PAN card was also sown for verification in Kanpur office. I had given a cheque to karvy stock broking ltd to clear the dues. The cheque amount has been debited from my account but my demat account is stll suspended. I have made several telephonic calls to kanpur office but could not get satisfactory answer. You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
