Kaspersky Internet Security 2009
No help from company

I purchase Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 CD-ROM to protect my computer from virus and another internet related worms on 28.2.2009. I install it in my computer. After installing, types of viruses are not updating by internet which are the main contents of CD for which I have purchase it. I consult telephonic but not get satisfied solution. Now product is useless for me after expending Rs.1200.
