Sub: Looking forward to solve my problems with Kataria Automobiles Ahmedabad.(Daria Pur).

Sir,

After the years & years of good relation with Maruti Since 1998, I sold my old Maruti-800 (GJ-1-HE-271) and purchase a new Maruit Swift VDI in 2008 (GJ-1-HR-271) from Kataria Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Dariapur Branch.

This time I come across series of problems while dealing with your so called renowned dealer "Kataria Auto" of Ahmedabad.

After one year when I have to renew my insurance of the car. There is call from Mr. Alok Shankar from Kataria Automobile Pvt Ltd. He told me that we will give you one free service with the renewal of your Maruti Insurance. I renewd my Insurace of car with Kataria. Insurance Recipt No : 20428.

The height of fraudulence done by Kataria Auto was, they have renewed my insurance with the commitment of free service but when I gone for the service they are taking the charge. After making lots of efforts, follow up & Complaint to Miss Anu Talwar who is sitting at Kataria Automobile Pvt Ltd. (Insurance Department), She is not responsible to solve the problem of valued customer, And She has not sense, that how to take the care of Customer. As we are one of the valued customer of Maruti and also Kataria Automobiles Ltd.

It's a big harassment to the loyal customer of Maruti. I would like to bring it to your notice that they might be doing same style with other customers also. So, you should take rapid action to stop this non-sense and protect the Goodwill of Maruti Udhyog.

I was not given (till today) proper response for the service told by him during the renewal of insurance. I request them lot but not responded yet. I have talk with Mr. Alok Shankar, Miss. Anu Talwar of Dariyapur branch for the same in personal and on telephone but denied to serve. Person Incharge. We consider this a major failure of customer service and the person in charge should be fired.

I would like to request you to look after in this matter as early as possible. Also request you to take some strict disciplinary action on your dealer Kataria Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Maruti has a very high quality customer care and believe in relationship, Kindly do continue.
