This is to bring to your notice and expected support from your organisation. We are facing a lot of problem since last 1.5 years with Kathgodam Gas Agency. First of all to log the request complaint for refilling the Gas Cylinder they are not picking the phone 99% time. If by mistake they picks they don respond on it and if respond than they are saying please call between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM only. So in short if I want to log a request for refilling of cylinder I have to take a half day leave from my office. Than after that they takes 4-5 follow-ups to deliver the cylinder in 2-3 weeks. Always they keeps on talking about the shortange of cylinders.
On other hand they are giving cylinders freely through unauthorised agetns (at some shops in the city) with extra charges.
Today I have also tried to get the cylinder through the same unauthorised resource, the person who was distributing the cylinder has responded that they will not give the cyulinder to us as we have booked on phone.
This time we have booked our request through phone on 3oth Sept-08 after number of request for atleast taking the request over phone because initially they were not taking the request on phone.
They are very much induldge in black marketiung and very badly harashing the customers. I have seen people standing in que at several places since 7:00 AM till the gas delivery truck will reach to their area any time after 11:00 Am.
If we will take first leave for booking the gas and 2nd for collecting the cylinder in 2-3 days attempts in a month. How our company can tolerate us.
request you to look in to the matter and take some strict action against them to stop such pratcices in the area.
