Fraud happend using my card

Hi, all, i'm srinivas from hyderabad. somebody used my hsbc credit card on 22nd may at this kaviraj app pvt ltd of Rs. 8995, on 1st june i came to know this thing..now i complained to hsbc bank, but they r not doing any steps to fund out that person... help in what way i need to? to whom i need to contact?
