I need detail information about my personnel loan

This is pratap kumar jena, i have taken a personnel loan of amount 2 lakh and fifty thousands, two and half years ago. My Loan account number is 081-505885-872.From the time I have taken the loan I got that cheque only, I did not get any document related to my loan still now. I alredy called so many times to custemer care and told them to send all the documents but they are saying to send but not sending any thing to me. As I am paying my premium regularly which is being geting deducted from my salary account, at present i want to know how many premiums I need to pay more. also if I want to at a time all the dues, then how much I need to pay at a time.
