Card not received, but outstanding are there

Dear sir,

I have already raised complaint (complaint no. : 2809118547) in HSBC bank that I have not received any Credit card (A/C no. : 4476929985246450), but I m continuously being harassed by the collection Deptt. of HSBC bank to give the money.

I have told many times that this card has not been used by me, but still, no action has been taken yet.

Whenever, collection people call for money, they abuse & shout.

I accept that I have submitted all the documents for issuing the Cr. Card, but I never received it.

Kindly help to resolve the issue & investigate.

please provide the ok clearance certificate of CIBIL.
