No body attend my complaint

Dear Sir,

Myself Ajay Kumar my mobile no. is 09910046973.

This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of kelvinetor make on 15th June ’07 from Goyal electronics Aligarh and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling etc. I was complaint of Service Centre. my complaint n o. 5O0080809270003 . Since then, I have contacted on Phone so many times to your service center like Mr. Arvind, Shivendre, Mukesh, Sandeep Sharma and nobody has given satisfactory reply.

So, please suggest me what can i do.
