KENSTAR COOLER NOT WORKING SINCE 3 MONTHS

I purchased a KENSTAR SLIMLINE COOLER (Model No: SD-0434 ; Serial No: B9A-00730), purchased on 15th April is not working since May just 1 month after the purchase

I've tried complaining to the dealer as well as the service centre around 6 times but no one comes

They gave me 6 complaint Nos (JAI2409090071, JAI2509090367, JAI2509090367, JAI2709090100, JAI10110090130, JAI10710090080)

Help Me Out Plzzz...
