Hi, my mother shopped a diesel denim form me in jan'12. it did not fit me well and within 30 day i landed up at the diesel store for exchange. the manager was not there and since they could not find my details in the system they did not exchange. i mentioned my details with telephone number in store customer data. its been 6 months none of the staff or manager bothered to call even once. i went again and faced the same problem. i paid 9500 for the denim and since it doesnt fit me well i havent tried it even once. pls resolve this.
