Non attendance of cmplaint

My Kent R-O system is not working well past 20 days.

My complaint no.10435 is attended initially within 24 hrs and no fault was found by service engineer, service charges paid by me- no receipt given. Within next 10 hrs same complaint occured, on repeated calling with difficulty again engineer came and condenser was found faulty, changed, charges paid.By next day again same complaint, after repeated requests he came again and some other parts found faulthy, turned back by me to call some other more experienced engineer for full check up. Today machine stopped working water foul smelling, complaint not yet attended
