Hi, My name is Jijo, I am from Wayanad, I have booked a Kerala RTC bus on yesterday by online, from Kozhikode to Bangalore. Yesterday the Bus departure time is 13.30 form Kozhikode, and the time to the bus will reach at Sulthan Bathery is 4.15. I came in to the Bathery bu stand by 15.30, and asked the en query that at what time is the bus will come, they informed me that the bus will come by 4.15 to 4.45.
I was waited for long time in bu stand, After 5.15 one guy from KSRTC told me that the bus was canceled the Scheduled. I called the the people who is in Kozhikode KSRTC office, I Just Asked those guys if you guys are cancelling a schedule why don't you guys informing the Passengers, reply to that Those guys are spoken like Threatening and using bad word and all.
I just want to tell you that when i can get the refund the money, .Due to the lack of duty i wanted to book another bus at 20.00, and i reached Bangalore at 1.30 in the morning, that makes me to waited in the Majestic bus stand up to 4.30 .
Due to the lack of duty, they makes me to time waste and spend more money to reach Bangalre.
I request you to take some action against KeralaRTC
1. Refund the Money to me
2.Please take actions against the People who all were no doing the duty properly
