The Management of (KERTOIL (M) SDN BHD) wishes to congratulate you on your successful emergence in the recently conducted recruitment exercise carried out by our recruitment Manager, Mr. Mohd Syed Anwar, Details of your appointment are as follows:

NAME: Muhammad.

DESIGNATION: Accountant.

SALARY: USD$3, 500 (Three Thousand, Five Hundred US Dollars only) Monthly/Take- home (After tax).

JOB LOCATION: Kerteh, Terengganu, Malaysia.

JOB DURATION/ PERIOD: 36 Months (3 Years).

START UP DATE: You are expected to resume on site latest (14/09).

WORKING HOURS: 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday) 1pm-2pm (Lunch Break)

JOB PROCESSING/REQUIREMENTS:

All employees successfully screened, who are to resume work at (KERTOIL (M) SDN BHD) must have a valid Malaysia Working Permit Visa from the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

COMPANY EXPENSES: (KERTOIL (M) SDN BHD) will shoulder your Air Ticket Fees only. Employee/Expatriate shall be expected to personally incur only for their Malaysia Working Permit Visa Requirements/Processing fees.

Expenses made for the procurement of your Malaysia Working Permit Visa from the Immigration Department of Malaysia shall be duly reimbursed to you on your first month salary upon your resumption on your duty at (KERTOIL (M) SDN BHD). All claims for expenses made by you to obtain this documents shall be substantiated with detailed report and receipts.

You shall be required to furnish us with your valid Malaysia Working Permit Visa immediately you have arrived in our company as proof of your readiness to join the (KERTOIL (M) SDN BHD) team in due time as stipulated above. Also this is to enable you receive your one month advance salary including your due entitlements before your departure for work with the (KERTOIL (M) SDN BHD)

Note that all employees are to personally report to our Office with the identification Materials for signing and collection of the original copies of their Offer and Contract Documents, all our new employees are to resume to our company on/before (14/09).
