Ticket Money Not Refunded

I booked three tickets from Hyderabad to Bangalore through Kesineni Travels website to travel on 20 Feb. I came to the designated boarding point in Miyapur, Hyderabad at 0610pm and the bus was supposed to pick us up at 0625pm. We waited, waited and waited for two-and-half hours before we realized that the bus didn't stop there at all even while we were told that the bus will be coming in a few minutes every time we had called their helpline. We have been royally cheated to the tune of about Rs. 3, 000. And, they never bothered to cancel or refund our ticket money in spite of so many repeated phone requests.
