For all of you working with KGISL, this one sure is going to be an eye opener. I am Lakshmi L Lund who worked with KGISL for a good 3 Years and 6 Months. (Date of Joining 18th June Last Working Day 31st Dec. )When I decided to call it quits, I did so following all the company procedures. I got my Relieving Order with my last working day wrongly mentioned. I brought the same to the notice of the HR, Shyamsunder. He asked me to submit that to him assuring me that a fresh relieving order will be issued to me with the right Date of Joining and Last Working Day.
Its been almost one year I am yet to receive the same. Wonder if I will in the first place. KGISL Claims to be five star company and what not. If we have at least 5 such companies as KGISL, God save the workforce. It is the attitude of the HR (s), Juhi and Shyam that is to blame. All they say is come tomorrow, come after a week and check and its the same all the time.
Firstly it is not my fault that my Last Working Day was wrongly mentioned in my relieving order. For no fault of mine KGISL is playing cheap. A word of caution for those associated with KGISL, watch it, else KGISL will mess with you. After all they always scream out loud 'We make IT happen'.
