Mr, SURJIT SINGH BASSI resident of VILLAGE AND POST OFFICE TURKHERI KALAN, TEHSIL NABHA, DISTRICT PATIALA, PUNJAB applied for a new passport (as i want to explain that he already had another passport under the same name and address and he was booked under indian penal code 420 and he came out on parol) he got the new passport. According to the law he can't get the new passport as he had already having a passport. His passport is in police custudy.any person who is on parol can't left his country and can't apply for a new passport but he got a new passport. HOW?
