Bill Pay Charges - Gold

I have received the CC statement in respect of my above CC 4076515068352002 for the period Feb to March and notice that you have charged me Rs.75/ on 09-03 as Billpay Charges -Gold. I do not understand this transaction and don't know why I have to pay these charges.

Please reply immediately clarifying the above.
