NEVER BOOK ON WAP.YATRA.COM & HOAX
Today I'd booked a Ticket at WAP.Yatra.com for KingFisher Flight for 28/10/08.
The Ticket had been issued and the PNR No. given.
Later when I called up to figure out about the details of the booking - I'd to mail in the Scans of my CC and PAN Card - within 1 hour. I did that. Thereafter which - when I called up - they said that they have not received the same and cancelled the booking. After which = i remailed that - and they said that they now received the details - AND NOW THAT THE TICKET HAS BEEN CANCELLED - THEY ARE READY TO OFFER ME TICKETS AT A HIGHER PRICE!!! THEN THEY OFFER ME OTHER AIRLINES - INSTEAD OF THE ONE OF MY CHOICE, MY TIME AND MY COST!!!
No where in the document - was it mentioned - that I need to mail in the required details. Even after doing so - and doing that in the stipulated time - my bookings were cancelled.
Earlier also I've booked from YATRA.COM - but never had to do something like this. Since it is festive season - and they want to make more money - they are creating such HOAXES!!!
I'm yet to also receive a refund for the payment that I made!!!
